At the end of Memorial Bridge stands the Lincoln Memorial, its Greek Revival architecture reminiscent of Greek temples in ages past, with a portico supported by massive Doric pillars. The statue of Lincoln gazes out down the Reflecting Pool to the WWII Memorial and Washington Memorial with the dome of the Capitol visible on the horizon.
